The following plans are not acceptable (Out of State Medicaid, HMO's, Kaiser Permanente, Tricare Prime and International Medical Plans). These plans do not provide all the essential benefits, including non emergency services, without referral while on campus in NY.
To All MAT, New Incoming and Returning Students, the deadline date to submit a waiver is July 15, 2024. NO WAIVER will be accepted after this date.
For International Students. when completing the waiver, you MUST upload the ISO letter.
