The following plans are not acceptable (Out of State Medicaid, HMO's, Kaiser Permanente and International Medical Plans). These plans do not provide all the essential benefits, including non emergency services, without referral while on campus in NY. The deadline date to submit a waiver for All Spring Students is December 20, 2022. NO WAIVER will be accepted after this date.
